Social Icons are disappearing and ruining image positioning

Hello

I am having problems with my social icons toolbar on the home page, I went into the Module Manager and edited the links in the social icon section, however when I added my twitter link to the word 'twitter 's the description box, the icon disappeared on my home page and the word 'twitter' appeared.

Is there like a secret to adding my pages to these icons?

I also think this has messed up my picture positioning on the 'Pen Fifteen Club community' image right next to it.

Can somebody please provide me with a solution. Much appreciated.

Where should I paste this code? And also where abouts do I add my personal links for the pages?

Also will this fix the problem with the icons at the moment (the 'twitter' word appearing instead of the icon?

Sorry these questions may seem silly however I have just converted from Zen Cart so its all very new to me!
