This template do not work

Hello sir, here are my problems,

- "Module News Show Pro GK4" ... I just tried to load some joomla articles (littles cases under the principal big slideshow in frontpage) i entered the articles ID and it does not show, i tried everything but it's blank.

- when i use image show G4, i have this text on the picture "Please use text type of the slide", and when i click on the slide, i have this: "404 Error File Not Found".

- With virtuemart, when i create a category and i click on the thumbnail, i can not access to the products of this category, they can not be seen, but with template from other builder, it works.

Please show us screen with NSP configuration (data source part and article ID's). What version of VM you use ? If 2.0.2 you need to update template to latest available version.

I didn't find any problem with this. As you can see, i even replace the image on first article to check cache. The article is open properly on component as it should be.

All your slides have custom links and they are directed correctly. I even add another slide for testing k2 article and all works perfectly.

I didn't find VM component installed... i think you are referring to redShop component.
In this case, i add to update this component to latest version and also updated News Show Pro GK4 to version 3.0.3, were a issue problem related with redShop products displayed was fixed.
As you can see also, there's a News Show Pro module working perfectly on "top" module position, also for testing purpose.

In conclusion, with the exception of NSP and redShop component, i didn't found anything wrong, so i can't understand most of your problems.

Hello, the different problems was fixed yesterday by your team (finally). I was really busy so i could not give an anwser or even see that it works now, i will now try them myself and see if everything is ok now.
