Logo only appearing in Safari browser

Hello

I have uploaded my logo to the ftp replacing the original one, it is appearing in all safari browsers however you cannot see in when viewing my website in Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Can somebody please help me!

Did you try clearing cache?

By Clearing the Cache are you referring to the option under the maintenance section in 'Site'

Or is there somewhere else that I need to clear the cache?
