Boutique Quickstart 2.5 is broken

I downloaded the quickstart zip file and it seems it's broken.
I can't uncompress it with rar without errors.

There is quickstart template without images from demo sie. It's true?

Yes. We don't provide images from demo in our templates for copyright reasons.
