mainmenu in backend disappears

update site, template and extensions from 1.7x to 2.5.3.
After uninstalling an old component, the mainmenu in backend disappears.

is there an error solution to fix it?

If you are only seeing this after a certain component uninstall , then probably while uninstalling component, procedure also makes changes to database where it messes up Main menu database properties. So i suggest you create a sql copy before and after uninstalling component and compare them to find what is happening.
