Font styles and red shop prices changes problem

Hallo i have two problems on my site(site.elarma.gr).
1st:I cant change the font styles from the template settings in fonts section.I change body font header fonts and nothing changes.
2nd:I cant put a price in red shop like 1.30 or 0.34 or 15.33 only whole numbers are being accepted in the price.

Please solve my two last problems . These are the only 2 problems i have before i go live

About the fonts, i have the last teplate version and i also have 1 problem...cant make the top content trasparent like the bottom.I put some opacity but it seems that the dark-light style from the teplate settings dont let my backround image appear behind the top content.The top page becomes transparent but the backround image doesn't appear.

Font styles solved. Its in layout.css in body fonts.
The only thing i need now is how to make the toppage transparent please help me

Well the reason why you can't do it is becasue main container which include top one has white background. And when you give opacity to header you see white background.
