Issue with site on IE 8 and 9

My site looks distorted on IE 8 / 9. I see an javascript error with mootools on IE. I will PM someone the site link to whomever wants to see the issue.

I updated Newspro GK4 to the latest version. It fixed the layout issue I had, but the javascript error still exists on Internet Explorer. I have PMed you the admin and website link. Please advise thanks

I've check the your website with IE9, IE8 and IE7.
Honestly i don't see any error, less the error reported.
