Hi Phylox,

I see the issue with IE8 only, because it doesn't show the root of issue so I'm not sure what causes it, please help disable each of modules that are published on homepage to check which one causes the problem, if it comes from a GK module, I will debug to fix for you and I would need backend and FTP access to do that.

I don't see the second issue at my end so I can't advise anything now, we should go with the first issue first.

Cheers,

The second issue can be replicated by viewing the site on Chrome and IE8. I have sent you the admin and ftp info. Thanks in advance Don.

Hi,

As I said, please check to confirm if it is a problem from a GK product, if it is, I will use the access info to debug and fix.

Thanks,

Still trying to troubleshoot this issue. I've disabled all modules and still get the error. I also noticed this same error occurs on every other page too.

Hi Don,

I appreciate your assistance very much. It's support like this that makes me as a customer continue on with my subscription with Gavick Membership. My ultimate intent is to avoid having the user go to a second page after clicking on any of those categories, instead they should get sent directly to the redshop category affiliated with the category they click on from the front page around the sliding image module. If this helps narrow down on the issue, where K2 can be eliminated altogether, then please feel free to do so.

I tried selecting redshop category in the newspro module, but instead of showing the category names, it shows random product names from the category.

For example, if a user selects Asian Sauces, they should be sent to http://asianmarketfl.com/asian-market-fl/asian-sauces instead of http://asianmarketfl.com/component/k2/i ... ian-sauces.

The IDs for each corresponding category are as follows:

asian gifts - 297
noodles - 307
tea - 329
snacks - 345
sauces - 368

However I'm now getting much confused on what you have said, I have checked the problem with IE, am still trying to debug it, but now I got some more info from you which I don't think is related. Moreover I totally don't understand what you have tried to explain, seems like that you have some more issues, but I'm really lost on the way you described them :(

If you have more than one issue, please try to create a topic for each issue, that helps us follow you and issues better.

Cheers,

Dan, sorry about that. I did not mean to confuse you. Please disregard my last post. The issue with the error still stands.
