On the module when clicking to select a image the overlay screen appears but with no option to select an image. Tried this with Mac OS Safari and Google Chrome. Same thing happens with both. This was working with joomla 1.7 but doesn't work after the upgrade to 2.5

I now believe this may be a browser issue. I tried this today from a old Mac G5 using OS 10.5 and Safari 5 and I had no problem.

I have the same issue, tested with Firefox and Chrome. In both cases the overlay appears, but no image manager.

@JASON640 what browser you use and what is your Joomla version ? Looks like there is some conflict so scripts are not working but it can be also caused by some 3rd party extensions.

I have the same problem. I've also replaced the module files with the latest version's files and the problem persists. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could anyone tell me on which browser you have this kind of problem ? Access to backend will be also useful, I've checked this on all browsers that I have and there is any problem with this extension, we use it on our every template surely we will notice some problems :)

I am also having this same issue and it is absolutely irritating. Please help resolve, I have posted all my details below.

I am using Image Show GK4 ver 1.30 and the latest version of the Boutique template 2.10.1.

I have tried this same process on IE 9 and am currently using latest version of Google Chrome 20.0.1132.57.

I have tried on both laptop and PC, the background appears, but I do not actually get a popup just like the users below.

I have also tried manually replacing all the module files via FTP to resolve issue as noted below, but still have this problem. I will send backend info to bkrztuk to further investigate this issue.

I use Mac Os 10.6.8, Safari and Google Chrome, but when I try to test it on Mac OS 10.5. - it's all the same ((( I've downloaded latest version of Image Show with boutique template.

You mean that you have the same browser version on different OS version and it is not working ? Is someone who can confirm that on OS X 10.5 ?
