Author box K2 don't show but div is there??

I've installed quickstart and didn't install anything more.

Author box K2 don't show but div is there??
Already checked if in configuration is set up to show.

What's wrong with k2?

Are you sure that the author informations is enabled in K2 item view ? Please also make sure that the author information are filled and author is set properly in K2 item options.
