Creating 'Folded Corners' to the menu

Hi,

I'm trying to apply the attached style (the corners of the menu bars) but can't find the way to do it...

I got the corners cropped as png already in the right size. (see images attached)

I don't really understand your purpose, are you trying to restyle your menu bar or something? Can you be a little more specific then I could help?
