Cookie Law Module issue

The Cookie Law module wont work with RedShop. I have it turned on in my Boutique template, but as soon as I click on the menu option and go to the redshop ecommerce page a Modal window appears saying "Developer: Caution! In order to use Cookie Consent, you need to use jQuery 1.4.4 or higher" and the Cookie Law module does not work.

How is this fixed?

Looks like it's a javascript conflict. Please show me a direct page with this issue.

I have turned off the Cookie Law at the moment. Do you need it turned back on ?

This is the standard Quickstart package with the pre-installed Redshop. I have added nothing to the Redshop installation.

Can you also help me with my other forum question about the search box not working?

Hi

Ok. It's clear now. You do not have jQuery lib at all. Plese look for a plugin to add this to site and it should work fine.
