Add spaces between articles in column

I would like to know if it is possibile (and eventually how to do that) to add space between articles in column like in the picture attached.

Second question has been resolved. The first one I talked with K2 developers. They told me to ask to the template vendor (CSS) ... You have an idea on how to change the CSS to obtain what I need ?
