Top menu-like on the side

Hello,

is ther a way to have the same top-menu - even with its effects - on the side position?

I would need to have a side menu that could have the same top-menu effects (the one that on mouse over you can see the sub menu items)

I tried with some joomla extensions, but it conflicts with the top menu

So I wonder if there is someway to duplicate (???) the top menu and put it on the side and customise it with other items

No there is no way to have GK Ext Menu on on other position that default in template but you can always try to use 'Menu' module - template has always special styling for menu modules which you can see on module variations page on our demo.

I dont' need a special style for the menu, but only the possibility to view the submenu on mouse over (I have several submenu in 4 levels), just as it happens with top menu.

Any alternative?
