Redshop Search Function issue

When using the Redshop search box the followinf text is displayed above the category filter box {redproductfinderfilter_formstart} {redproductfinderfilter:rp_myfilter} {redproductfinderfilter_formend}

How can I fix this?

Bumping this in the hope that someone will reply - I have the same issue. Please could someone help with this asap?

Well I think I may have found the answer ...after much hair pulling and searching files! It appears to be working ok but I'll keep my eye on it.

I'll share here what I did to help others that have the same issue... hopefully this will help you Tweed Solutions!

Go to Components> Redshop> Config (top right)> Select the 'Dashboard' tab> Scroll down the icons until you reach customisation and check the 'Templates' box.

This displays an icon to view the template list in the dashboard.

Next....

Go to dashboard> Scroll down to templates> in the template list find 'gk_category_template' and remove these items from the code

{redproductfinderfilter_formstart} {redproductfinderfilter:rp_myfilter} {redproductfinderfilter_formend}

Save and refresh the page... sorted (hopefully). The drop down search box is still there and working ok as far as I can tell.

- Incidentally this only removed the line of code, it doesn't make the text field for the search appear and you can only sort the products not search them. Hopefully someone will help with getting the actual search box in place and working... but at least it doesn't look like there are errors on the site!
