Reduce padding on Header spaces

i need to reduce padding on Header spaces when "Normal Spaces" is enabled on template's basic settings

please try add ' clear' suffix to modules published in 'header1' and 'header2' positions. Remember about white space before suffix name.

Related to this, for normal articles, is it possible to just clear spaces for all items?

In stead of having to instert them all as separate rules?
