Where to translate SIGN UP FOR NEWSLETTER and SUBMIT ?
There are no such words in the template language file.

Hi,
please go to modules list and find mdule called 'AcyMailing Module'. In module settings you will find 'Intro Text' and 'Subscribe Caption' options. Here you will change both things.
