HOW DO I CHECK MY TEMPLATE VERSION

ACCORDING TO MY WEB CONTROL PANEL, ALL MY EXTENSIONS ARE UP TO DATE, INCLUDING MY BOUTIQUE TEMPLATE

NOW HOW DO I VERIFY THE VERSION OF MY TEMPLATE ?

HOW TO I VERIFY I HAVE ALL THE UPDATES OF MY TEMPLATE FOR MY LATEST JOOMLA UPDATE, IN MY CASE JOOMLA 2.5??

EVERYTIME I TRIED TO UPLOAD THE BOUTIQUE UPDATE IT GIVES ME AN ERROR

Hi,

Please go to the template manager - there you will have to tabs: "Styles" and "Templates" - then please click on the Templates and you will see the table with the "version" column where you can check the template version.

THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR PROMPT REPLY, I HAD LOOKED AT THAT, BUT BECAUSE IT SAYS

VERSION 1.1 I THOUGHT IT DID NOT UPDATE, AS SOMETIME AGO, DON HELPED ME UPDATE THE TEMPLATE, AT THAT TIME TO JOOMLA 1.7 I THINK.

AS I SAID BEFORE, IT DOES NOT LET ME UPLOAD THE 3 PACKAGES, SO IF YOU COULD GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS ON POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL

You should upload only the template package, the rest_files and quickstart packages are not prepared to install through joomla installer. But please remember that the newest version of the template is fully compatible only with Joomla! 2.5

I HAVE THE LATEST UPDATE OF JOOMLA 2.5, BUT THE TEMPLATE PACKAGE STILL GIVES ME AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO UPLOAD AND INSTALL.

Please check permissions for the tmp/ directory in your joomla installation - probably it cause the problems.

SORRY, BUT I HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO DO THAT.

Please try to set permissions 755 for the tmp directory using your FTP client.

Sorry but it seems to be a problem with the redShop component code not with the template, so please ask the redShop support for the help with it.
