home page formating problem SOS

Hi, i have a problem with my home page formating everything destroyed and i read that i have to clear cache in order to fix it i've done that then i 've done the following step that i found but still nothing.

Now my header and my slide appeared but my gktab is missing

i didnt change anything since yesterday. Why is that happening?

The problem now is that when the page is loading for the 1st time its shows only gktab when i refresh the is shows my header and bottom without the gk tab. If someone can help me solve that its an urgent.
