How to put GK Extra Menu in all the menu

Hello I was trying to put all the menus with the GK extra menu style but I don't know how

The plug-in is intalled but only work in one part of the menu

Only work in this example:
www.juliodelacamara.com/menu-types/gk-extra-menu

Going to www.juliodelacamara.com/index.php or other doesn't work

I was looking for hours and nothing

any ideas?

Hi,
it can be only one instance of GK Extra menu.

I was looking the template settings and select in menu tab menu type as GK extra menu

thats it, my problem was that in the Templates manager I was clicking in the template "Gk_boutique" instead of the style "gk_boutique - Default" so I couldn't see the settings of the template... sorry
