OS Properties extension not working with this template

I have setup a site using Boutique and have purchased the OS Property extensions from joomdonation.com.

When I attempt to use the "Search Properties" module which I have on the front page no properties appear.

I tried it out on a Yootheme theme which I am also a member of and it works fine.

Could this be a jscript conflict? Or is it down to some other issue.

I can send you the domain details along with the username and password as the site is "Offline" at the moment.
