Additionally I would like a log out link in the top navigation.

Instead of a pop up box I would like the "Your Account" link in the top nav bar when signed in to direct straight to the shop (using hikashop) account management page.
Additionally I would like a log out link in the top navigation.
How would I go about achieving these?

please try add to Top Menu item to hika shop managment page and set Access as 'Registered'.
