Can't remove 'Articles' category heading from

I can't hide the category name on some of the pages on my Joomla 2.5 Boutique site. They are article pages but they're showing on some pages and not on others.

Website: http://50.87.144.110/~otstm13/

Ex. If you select Categories, then Herbs & Spices from the navigation bar, that article page doesn't show the category callout.
http://50.87.144.110/~otstm13/index.php ... rbs-spices

...but, if you select the Herbs & Spices image directly from the home page, it shows.
http://50.87.144.110/~otstm13/index.php ... rbs-spices

I can see that the URL string is different but I'm not sure why. Also, I have tried to go directly into the code and comment that 'category callout' out but I can't seem to find exactly where it is and on what template page.

Please help. This is one of the last things I have to do for the client prior to a soft launch.

Thanks much,
Brian

Can you turn off SEF for a while?

For me it more looks like menu item name instead of category name, please check menu item settings and make sure that menu item name in the heading is disabled.

Thanks for the responses guys.
Questions...
1. Don Lee - Does the SEF have something to do with that 'Articles' title showing/not showing? What would this do or change with the display of the page items like this? (sorry, I'm not completely familiar with what the Joomla SEF can/can't do)
2. bkrztuk - Where would I find this Menu Item Name settings?

Notice the differences in the URL strings. Does this tell us anything? One looks like an article within a 'category' and one is an article within a 'component'.

You can find it in menu item settings, there is an option to show menu item name in page header there.
