categories list in horizontal line (no k2)

I need to put one categories list in horizontal sequence like this
A B C D E F G....

What I have to change to obtain a list without new paraghraphs?

You would need to float those elements, set their width to something around 25% and remove aditionaly styling (separating lines).
If you post an url to your site, Ill prepare custom css override.
