Is Hikashop compatible with boutique & joomla 3.x or which shopping program can you recommend?

what do you mean "compatible" ?
yes, you can install and use on GK template,
but No - it do not have ready views/theme for HikaShop inside.
BTW
Do not also forget about old age of this template, the main concept of design have ~~ 3 years.
So it was just implement into J2.5 then 3.x with only small changes.

About recommendations - hard to say, because it depends of your budget and project goals.
But about this we can talk on PM - because this not not support anymore, but consultations.
