Can not Install extended menu Plugin

I tried installing plg_gkextmenu but it says XMl not found.
Joomla version is 3.
Kindly advise

Hi, I tried to install this same plugin (plg.system.gkextmenu.zip) downloaded from: https://www.gavick.com/download/joomla- ... /twn2.html
on J3.0 and there wasn't any problem (Installing plugin was successful), so plugin is ok.

I know, this error

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

You will get when you try to install on Joomla 3.0 plugins from Joomla 2.5 !
