GKNEWSSHOWPRO video problem

When gknewsshowpro has a video post it displays video link only.I put a featured images in my post but it does not take featured image or video preview.

Unfortunately shortcodes and html tags isn't parsed inside the articles content. But it is strange that the featured image isn't displayed too - could you send me URL an FTP access to your website?
