BUG: Widget Rules - Visible On

If I save a setting that a particular widget should be shown on mobiles only, then after hitting the save button it shows "all devices" again. however it works perfectly on the front end and it will show only on mobiles, but at back-end it doesn't show the correct selection after hitting save.
