How to implement update? Also, when I click download, I get 3 files, one is qickstart, so I presume that is not update, which one of the rest should I implement?
Also, I did modify a little this template, added some CSS elements in menu and so on, should I do update or not?

Hi,
You should use for update the theme package (not quickstart or rest_files).
If you have applied some changes you will have to compare the modified files with new ones from the theme package using tools like winmerge (or if it was the CSS only changes, then please move your fragments to the override.css file and replace this file after update with your one - please remember to enable the override.css in the Theme advanced settings).
BTW since GavernWP 1.6 we recommend to use for applying changes the Child Themes mechanism. It was described more in this article: http://www.gavick.com/magazine/gavernwp ... Itemid=239
