Error Installing Wordpress News Theme? Help!

I get lots of error below when i try to install news wordpress theme. Pls Help? Guide me please thanks

Hi,

Please check permissions for the gavern/cache_nsp directory.

I have try changing the permission including recursively for directories and folder / files but no luck...Please help me give some more detail clue how to fix this?

I have change the cache both of them with multiple combination 777/764/765 .......644 so on no luck!

As you can see the permission also denied in wp-includes image editor..any clue how to fix this and please gove me some example how? tq

do you think this is server side error?
because when i install the same NEWS wp 3.5 on godaddy linux hosting its ok no problem like this.

If you have the permission denied warning even with chmod 777 then the problem is connected with the server configuration and you should ask your hosting provider about solution.

simplicity WP theme also have problem in my installation: WP include image editor error...?
same solution as above no luck and i will try another template tomorrow.
No issues im told by support server team.
Any idea admin and mod to help tq

I try Creative WP theme today and its doing well ok no problem with gavern cache and wp include image editor...

I dont know if this is weird or does not happened to any body else but please developer look on problem i have when installing wp theme simplicity and news ok.

Disable Character Encoding Verification

For making my own mistakes i apologise as below:
I enable character encoding because before this i use window OS now on Linux i have disable it as above so all template has done well with no error.
Tq for admin and mod for guide and advices...

Only by using those combination below its works on my server for me..this is note for other user not to repeat my mistakes and some small example. tq
