GK News Show Pro can't find or generate featured image

The GK News Show Pro widget is pointing to an image which does not exist. An example:

This image does not exist in this folder.

I've already checked this folder's permission, and it's set to 755.

Please help

Hello,

The problem is that our website has been running for a while and I can't switch themes if the new one is not working. If you do need to see the problem on the spot I can grant you back-end access on a schedule time.

Hello,

No, I just mean that if you access our current website now you won't see the Gavick News template there because we're still working on its configuration. Our old website is still running. So I don't know how to show you the error we're getting with the GK News Show Pro widget. Maybe I could grant you back-end access as admin on a schedule time.

For example, if you tell me that you'll check the link at 10pm (Brazilian time) I will activate the News template by this time and will give you a username and a password so you may take a look at the issue. After that I'll reactivate our current template.
