Category page - showing small thumbnails

I want my category page to show large images, like this:

But it's showing only small thumbnails:

http://averdade.org.br/category/brasil/

bu something is wrong with your other images, did you change any theme files? Or are you using some plugin connected with the images?

You have no featured images in your posts. These from your posts are in the post content. You should set featrued image for all posts.

Actually I use featured image and content image for every post. (It was necessary to use both with our old theme.)

The only piece of code I changed was to prevent showing the featured image before the post content (I followed an instruction given somewhere in this forum. But I just changed a conditional "if").

So is this just a wordpress configuration?

Yes, with no changes in the theme core files, these images size are taken from wordpress settings (they are adjusted to the containter, but in your case - smaller version of images are used).
