Archive page : Category listing

Hi

Using the Archive widget, is it possible to show posts only from certain categories within any 1 month? I need to limit the posts displayed in all months to just 4 news categories, and exclude all other posts created in the same month from other categories .

Another question on Archive display: Can the posts shown for any month include the category name? Currently they only show date created, although category display is enabled when creating individual posts in Post Additional Params panel.

Hello,

Unfortunately the Archive Page template doesn't support this kind of features, the archive widget too - you will need to search for a 3rd party solution.

Anyone out there in the forum using a good plugin/widget that will solve this issue?
