Title and Tagline is not changin from the default theme name

Hi Support team

Could you please help me, the title and tagline is not changing and taking effect, I changed it in the customize section and template options, and still its ''News - News WordPress Theme''

Please change these settings in your Dashboard -> Template Options -> SEO tab.
