No Widget rules buttom

hi , i instal NEWS theme on my website but i dont have widget rules buttom in Widget GK Nsp and how about have this warning "Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array in .../wp-content/themes/News/gavern/helpers/helpers.features.php on line 624 "
plz help me if you can

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

And next time - for the security reasons, don't provide full path to your server. (I've edited your post).
