Make gkBottom section of the template go full width

Hi,

I am trying to make the simplicity template meet our needs.

So far it's been pretty successful.

For the front page, we take advantage of the the number of gkBottom elements to provide the nice one-page on the front page.

However, for one of the sections (in this case gkBottom5) I would like the contents part of this section to go full width.

I have a custom slider in there at the moment from a 3rd party - but ignore this for the moment - I just need the content of this gkBottom5 section to go full width on the page (and be responsive).

Tried really hard with the CSS to break out of the containing DIV but does not seem possible without going down the route of absolute positioning which then messes things up.

Any thoughts?
