my header image is not optimated? for 27 inch screens, please check it here:

What do you mean by not optimized?
If you mean it looks a little bit blurry - its because you are upscaling it from 1024x500px (original size) to 1918x640px for 1920px wide screen. Create bigger image and it will look better on screens with higher resolution.
