Header and menu position

Hello everybody,

I have two question, i would like to align the menu in center and not in right how can i make it?

The second question is about the header, when i add the login form in header position i can't put this form at the top of header, how can i put this form at maximum top of header?

The site will be online when i resolve this issue.
I want to center the default menu of simplicity (main menu), with the item menu: Home/Template/Features/Blog/Typography.
I don't understand why you need to see the website?
