I am using Simplicity template with Jomsocial.
I would like to add the Sign up and Login features that exist on Start up template, to the Simplicity one.
Though i would like the Sign up to point to registration at jomsocial(which i know how to do) and Logi in to login to Jomsocial. I dont want members to be able to register/login to Joomla.
(I tried on Start up to point login to jomsocial login and although it would login to jomsocial it would also login to joomla-i dont want that).

Also i would like to know how can i move
"start 30 day trial free today. set up in instant
powerful landing page thing etc.." closer to the main menu bar

Btw, recently for some reason i was locked out my site and although i resetter password from the database, i cant login..

Please edit: /templates/gk_simplicity/css/override.css and add at its end:
Code: Select all
.imageBg #gkHeaderMod {
padding: 180px 0 130px 0;
}

reduce first number and increase second by the same value to mote text up.
Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.

If it goes to joomsocial - it would be better to ask on their forum, as it is plugin specific question.
If it goes to problems with login - resetting password in phpMyAdmin should help. Do it again very carefully, because if it will not help, sadly only reinstalling everything from scratch might help, specially if You dont remember what have You done just before the problem occurred.

The login button with pop-up works only with our login form (not with the JomSocial one) and only in templates where it is included. All that you can do in simplicity is to add two buttons in the right side of the menu which will redirect to JomSocial register and login page but exactly the same effect you get when you add two menu items and set suffix for them which allows you to style them as buttons.
