Probably some files are loaded via http and are blocked by browser.
Could you please post an url to your site?
Could you please describe how to reproduce this issue?

Hello and thanks for the help! Here you can enter a poll that I created and when you finish the poll there should be a nice banner message but instead you get only the text.

Just make a choice in the poll and you will see.

Just wondering, could you please verify if the message displays better with default Joomla template (Beeze/Protostar)?

Meanwhile your site template was changed so please set it back and tell me how to avoid ban.
Also... I was not able to post the pool, after recaptcha nothing happened (I couldn't see the pool result and problematic message).

Please verify if everything with the pool is ok and write back.

Hi Cyberek,

I am also wanting to use the nice Gavick Typography style for a "warning message" in the Simplicity Template.
https://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/simpli ... typography

The Alert message I see is "Please Login First" . It is at the top of the /template/users page.

Is there a CSS code I can add to the Template Advanced Settings box please?

-Will

I found the answer here!
http://www.toolboxcreations.com/article ... m-messages.

.message {
text-align: center;
color: red;
font-weight: bold;
background: #eee;
border: 1px solid #f55;
padding: 15px;
margin-bottom: 25px;
}

This works fine although I styled it to match our Simplicity template using the convenient Advanced Settings Custom CSS Code box.

@wdsnow - I'm glad you could fix it on your own, but still our dev team need to add the styling as it is somehow missing from our template.
