Strange string instead date after updating template

I have just updated the template to 3.19 version and the create (publish and modify) date of article is incorrectly displayed in article view and category blog layout.

UTC+00:000_10K_th0Sep+00:0000C0UTC2015_DomAMUTCE_Septiembre+0000RSepAMUTC

Any hint?
