Can I enable Infinite Scroll?

Hi

I'm wondering if it's possible to enable Infinite Scroll module from the Jetpack plugin? It shows that the theme currently does not support this function, but information on the plugin's website (http://jetpack.me/support/infinite-scroll/) reveals that it can be enabled by inserting a couple lines of codes.

Can you perhaps guide me to where should I put those codes?
