widgets showing up on all pages

Hello,

I have installed the theme and imported theme settings. When setting up widgets I set widget rulls to "no pages except" homepage.

Widgets are still showing up on other pages.

What am I doing wrong?

You didn't add widget rules (forgot to click "Add page" button). It's necessary because you can use multiple widget rules (each time when you select the rule you should click "Add page" button). I've already added the rule from your Header and Mainbody widgets.
