Demo header image on Mobile

Ok, this theme is frustrating, but doing my best to learn the way you want us to work. Finally after messing with the widget code for two weeks I have my front page up, ignoring the nice subscribe button that I could never figure out. I launched it and started checking on all browsers. All is fine except on small devices as ipad and phone, when the header image defaults to the demo image. I can not fine any reason for this or any place where it allows me to replace a smaller header image for mobile devices. Please help! Why is everything on this theme so backwards to other wordpress theme configuration or is it just me?

Did you use the quickstart package? In this case you'll have your frontpage out of the box, or you coud also use frontpage template to use pages instead of widgets: https://demo.gavick.com/wordpress/simpl ... ge_id=2399
Generally, our newer themes have much better documentation.

Anyway, regarding your issue, please replace Simplicity/images/header_mobile.jpg and header_tablet.jpg files to your own images (use the same filenames).

Ok, that worked thank you! But, I tried as you suggested to look into the frontpage template. I went to the page of this name thinking there HAD to be an easier way than editing every widget's html, but there was nothing there and I couldn't figure out how to edit the demo content. It took me forever to edit the demo and still miss most of what i loved in the theme. I guess I am just missing something, but find it really hard to work with and I have worked with a lot of wordpress themes. I am by no means a developer though.

If you are using frontpage template, demo content is placed in posts (in frontpage category).
