thumbs in the news show pro GK5 modul

hi there

I´d like to change the pictures at the "news show pro GK5" section. In the demo this is "Most Wanted", "Shoes New Arrivals" and so on.

At the K2 items I changed the article and the picture there.
At the article the correct picture is displayed
But on the first page there is the old grey "GK DEMO" picture...

And on the pic you see the area "VESPA MODELLE 2013"
This is News Show Pro GK 5
The thumbnail is too big.

I thought both things (correct thumb and thumb size" should work automatically...

PS: Can you see the screeshots? I uploaded two pictures as attachment...

One problem solved. After clearing the cache in Safari the "news show pro GK5" thums are displayed correct.

Now the problem with the thumb-size at "Vespa Modelle 2013"

NSP is creating a thumb in modules cache folder, so if article was only rewritten, than an old image will be used still. You may try to delete this file from cache and than it should create a new one. You can also try disabling creating thumb in modules settings, so module will use orginal file file from article.

Is there any way to get the NSP gk5 module to use PNG's with transparency vs. JPG's in the image thumbs? Specifically in Portfolio mode. I've tried to set the background color within the Thumbnails settings to "transparent" but it doesn't allow...it always forces a color.

Unfortunately we do not support such customisations, but try to disable cache of the module and set in configuration to not create images. This way it should (I'm not sure, but it's worth trying) use the image attached to article.
