First,

I´d like to get these changes at a K2 item

This is not a K2 item but VM product view page.

So You have to install German translation of VirtueMart.
because those phases are inside administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_virtuemart.ini

Second, I think VM has a option to hide [Add to card] - please check settings. If not -> see below.

Third, use some CSS, my proposal of code:

But if you'd like to use K2 items instead you have to use Custom Fields for price and some other CSS changes which takes you about 1h or maybe more, so probably less time will take to use VM + my quick tips.
