Quich Start Installation - problem - Hangs in DB Config

Dear Sirs,

I am trying to install DEMO QUICK Start on local computer
Windows 8,
Web server - DENVER

I copied all Quick Start files to needed folder.
Created mySQLi database.
And started JOOMLA installation.
Everything is fine... until Database configuration.
Database files being created as I see by phpAdmin panel.
But after that system probably hangs. I tried 10 - 15 times.. waiting 10 - 20 minutes. Nothing.
Installation is still on DB Configuration step..
and no next step to FTP config.
What could it be?

I checked SQL admin panel - it is working - all tables created.. but installation doesn't go further.
I tried on several browsers.. no way..
maybe to change local server? from DENVER to another one - very strange!
