POP-UP windows problem - no on clean template installation

Dear Gavick team

Thanks for support -
Another question..

I installed demo and play with it on local PC - it works fine

But on my exisiting site with another template (StartUp) I added StoreBox as a secondary template and everything works OK except -> I don't have any POP-UP windows for User Registration and etc. like in STOREBOX DEMO. Even Cart pop up appears empty... nothing inside..
As for the USER Login - Just standard page opens - NO POP-UP.

And studying DEMO Admin panel I can't find how to tune it.
Please, advise which files to see and correct.

P.S. as for the cart - just empty black box... no titles like CART.. Cart empty.. nothing.. just narrow black box
