GK4 Header position change?

Hi all,
I am trying to alter the layout of Storebox so not to have GK4 stretch all the way to top of page as used by default...our images (agricultural) do not work so well with the top menu as we do not want to use the 'whiteout' as used by default of backgrounds.psd..we want strong, larger images per say...

How can we achieve a position change of the header/GK4 module so not to break the template?
We tried some things but caused errors...

worked a treat...but can I also ask how to remove the white fade that occurs on each slide from top? driving me crazy lol!

I will ask in this thread for further guides on this blur effect now but...I set mine to -300 px and slideshow now is clear for anyone interested.
