problem with template and large vm descriptions

hi

my site is http://dev.computerbeast.gr/

when i add a large product description in vm the left toolbar and the bottom seems to get mixed inside the description like this

instead of the normal look with a smaller description like this

can you help me with this?

It is not the problem with the template or even large description but with the description content. You content contains invalid HTML code and that's why the sidebar is displayed in wrong place.

i have changed the description on the product with the word "test" written many time with the same result.if i limit how many times i have written the word test everything works fine.

i still get errors on the validator although much less this time.

Nevermind i solved it , it was an sql field problem.Thank you for your attemt to help

The validation error may also come from custom HTML module or some other content published on website. This SQL field was a default VirtueMart field or kind of additional one?

i just made a change in the description field from varchar to longtext and everything was fixed,seemed like the description could not read any more characters.

You've modified this directly in database? Probably your problem come back after every VM update because they checking database structure…
